9. Are food, lodging, and transportation included?
- General Admission: Food, lodging, and transportation are on your own. We’ll have food trucks on-site during the event and can provide recommendations for nearby restaurants and hotels.
- VIP: Food, lodging, and transportation are on your own as well but there will be a VIP and speaker dinner provided on the evening of the October 1st.
- Elite VIP: Transportation is on your own but your lodging is fully included and handled by our concierge team.
Many attendees choose to stay close to the venue so that even evenings turn into opportunities to connect and collaborate.
10. Can I bring a guest or team member?
Yes, as long as seats are still available. Each ticket is for one person, and every seat is limited. Bringing a team member can multiply the impact because you’ll return aligned, but keep in mind there are no group discounts, each seat is a high-value opportunity in itself.
